Biennale.io Members 

Biennale.io Members are individuals who subscribe to our platform. While we store limited payment information like expiration dates and postal codes, full payment details are not stored directly with us. 

We track the creators you subscribe to, the memberships you hold, and the benefits you receive.  

Creators 

Creators on Biennale.io shape the platform with their art and content. Creators must provide information for account creation with payment processors to receive payouts. This might include: 

  • Contact information (email, phone) 
  • Bank account details for payouts 
  • Tax-related information, such as social security numbers or business identification numbers 
  • ID verification as needed. 

Automatically Collected Information

  • Linked social media accounts and a public bio, if provided. 
  • If you’ve enabled your full public profile settings, the public can view: 
  • Creators you support. 
  • Details of your membership tiers and scores. 
  • The posts you’ve liked and comments you’ve posted. 
  • The contents of your creator page, including descriptions of your art, membership tiers, and post titles. 
  • Members may be notified of your support for other creators if your full public profile setting is enabled. 
  • Likes or reactions to comments on your arts are visible to those who can view the art, depending on its visibility settings.
